Clients retain full ownership of finalized custom code upon full payment.
Solizen is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Disputes are resolved through binding arbitration.
Accounts must use professional email domains for enterprise features.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the services for any unlawful purposes or to conduct any activity that would damage, disable, or overburden Solizen's infrastructure. This includes but is not limited to: unauthorized scraping, reverse engineering our proprietary modules, or distributing malware.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
5.1 Solizen's Intellectual Property
All content on our website is owned by Solizen or our licensors, including:
Website design, layout, and code
Text, graphics, logos, and images
Case studies and portfolio examples
Blog articles and resources
Trademarks and brand assets
Software and technology
5.2 Limited License to Users
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

5.3 Client Project Work

Pre-existing IP: Solizen retains ownership of our proprietary tools, frameworks, and methodologies.
Custom Work: Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom deliverables created specifically for their project (subject to Service Agreement terms).
Portfolio Rights: Solizen retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless confidentiality is contractually required.
5.4 Feedback and Suggestions
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about our services, you grant us an unlimited, irrevocable license to use that feedback without compensation or attribution.
6. Client Projects and Service Agreements
6.1 Separate Agreements Required
These Terms govern use of our website and general services. Specific project work requires a separate written Service Agreement or Statement of Work that will include:
Project scope and deliverables
Timeline and milestones
Payment terms and pricing
Intellectual property provisions
Confidentiality obligations
Specific terms for that project
6.2 Service Agreement Priority
In case of conflict between these Terms and a specific Service Agreement, the Service Agreement takes precedence for matters related to that project.
6.3 Payment Terms (General)
Unless otherwise specified in a Service Agreement:
Quotes are valid for 30 days
Projects typically require a deposit to begin
Payment terms will be specified in proposals
Late payments may incur fees or project suspension
Disputed invoices must be raised within 7 days

6.5 Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

7. Content You Submit
7.1 User Submissions
When you submit content to us (via contact forms, comments, uploads, etc.), you grant Solizen a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:
Use, reproduce, and display your submission
Process and respond to your inquiry
Store your information as described in our Privacy Policy
7.2 Your Representations
You represent and warrant that any content you submit:
Is accurate and truthful
Does not violate any laws
Does not infringe on third-party rights
Does not contain viruses or malicious code
Complies with these Terms
7.3 No Confidentiality for Unsolicited Submissions

IN NO EVENT SHALL SOLIZEN BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES.
